Our discounted PRE-ORDER product is custom-made upon order receipt and will require 3 week pre-order (processing) time to ensure all 200+ items are created with your children & elf details in mind. While pre-order shipping rates are included, the closer it gets to the holiday, we will reserve the right to increase shipping fees to ensure timely delivery!
